Very bad app nonsense
The worst worst, flight is delayed for 6 hour's and there's no proper information, response and they don't have customer lounge totally waste..
Air India express are the biggest fraud airlines. Looting customers of their blood money. They cancel the flights after we have booked the tickets and reintroduce new flights with less ticket prices and when enquired they r reasoning and justifying themselves. Shameless!! The takeover has no affect whatsoever.
So bad app
There is no other airline in the world other than Air India that does not even consider the price of grass for their customer's

I don't think it deserves even a single star rating. Air India express is a total fraud.They sold extra tickets and ultimately there was no availability of seats in the flight on 27/02/2022. I don't understand how they sold out the confirmed tickets if there was no seats available. Are they running an airline or local bus services. Highly recommended not to make any bookings with them.

Totally useless app, no support from the call center. I think that after TATA undertake it will change but still same .
